FairPrice Launches Save Every Day Campaign with Over 400 Vouchers

SINGAPORE - FairPrice, one of Singapore's leading supermarket chains, has announced the return of its 'Save Every Day' campaign, allowing consumers to purchase selected daily essentials and electronics at discounted prices. This initiative, which runs from June 12 to September 10, 2025, coincides with the celebrations marking Singapore's 60th anniversary (SG60). Through this campaign, shoppers can utilize over 400 vouchers available on the FairPrice Group (FPG) mobile application and at physical stores, potentially saving more than $1,000 during this three-month period.

According to a statement released by FairPrice Group, the campaign features over 100 SG60 vouchers that can be used for various essential items, including rice, oil, milk, and chocolates. Additionally, exclusive online vouchers for electronics from reputable brands such as Samsung, Xiaomi, and Jisulife have been curated specifically for this campaign. To redeem discounts, customers are required to apply digital vouchers at checkout using the FPG app or scan the barcodes of physical vouchers available at FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, and Unity outlets.

Notably, there is no cap on the number of voucher redemptions per customer, and multiple vouchers can be used in a single transaction throughout the 13-week campaign period. Importantly, these vouchers can be combined with existing discounts, including weekly schemes for seniors and various community health assistance programs.

The 'Save Every Day' campaign has proven to be significantly beneficial for consumers in the past. In 2024, the initiative facilitated close to $1.4 million in savings, marking the highest savings recorded since its inception in 2021. This reflects FairPrice's commitment to providing value to its customers while simultaneously celebrating national milestones.

Industry experts have noted that such initiatives are crucial in times of economic uncertainty, as they not only help consumers manage their household budgets but also promote local spending. Professor Angela Tan, an economist at the National University of Singapore, stated, "Promotions like these help stimulate consumer confidence and encourage spending in the local economy, especially during challenging times."

FairPrice's continued focus on customer savings aligns with broader economic trends where retailers are increasingly adopting promotional strategies to attract customers. As noted in a 2023 report by the Singapore Retailers Association, promotional campaigns have become essential in driving foot traffic and boosting sales, with many consumers actively seeking out discounts before making purchasing decisions.

The ongoing celebration of SG60 provides an additional layer of significance to the campaign, as it encourages community engagement and national pride. FairPrice's initiative is expected to bring together consumers in a shared experience of savings while commemorating Singapore's rich history and achievements.

In summary, the 'Save Every Day' campaign represents a strategic move by FairPrice to enhance customer loyalty and engagement while responding to the economic needs of its consumers. As the campaign progresses, the impact of these savings on consumer behavior and local economic activity will be closely monitored, offering insights into the effectiveness of such promotional strategies in the retail sector.
