Filinvest City to Host PLDT's Pioneering Tech Campus for Sustainability

Filinvest City, a premier urban development in the Philippines, is set to undergo a significant transformation with the announcement of PLDT Inc.'s plans to build the country's first tech campus in its Southgate District. This major development, revealed on July 5, 2025, aligns with Filinvest's celebration of 70 years of visionary growth and innovation.

As the largest integrated telecommunications provider in the Philippines, PLDT’s decision to establish its headquarters at Filinvest City is a strategic move aimed at fostering a smarter, more sustainable urban landscape. According to Manuel V. Pangilinan, Chairman and CEO of PLDT Inc., “This campus is part of our effort to build a healthier, more collaborative work environment. Filinvest City is distinguished as the first and only township in the Philippines to hold both LEED Gold and BERDE certifications, underscoring its commitment to sustainable development.
