Jessica Laszewski Appointed General Manager at WSAW-TV in Wausau

On June 30, 2025, Jessica Laszewski was appointed General Manager of WSAW-TV, a prominent television station located in Wausau, Wisconsin. Laszewski, who has served as the News Director at WMTV-TV in Madison since October 2017, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to her new role. Under her leadership, WMTV-TV achieved the number one position in news viewership, complemented by a successful digital transformation that enhanced its multiplatform presence.

Laszewski's tenure at WMTV-TV was marked by significant achievements, including the station winning the prestigious RTDNA Regional Edward R. Murrow Award for 'Overall Excellence' in 2025, 2024, and 2022.
