Loktafeasta Festival Celebrates Sámi Culture Under the Midnight Sun

UTSJOKI, Finland — The Loktafeasta rap festival, held in the village of Utsjoki, north of the Arctic Circle, showcased the vibrant culture of the Sámi people this past July 6, 2025.
