Ryoji Ikeda Exhibition Celebrates ACC’s 10th Anniversary in 2025

The National Asian Culture Center (ACC) is set to celebrate its 10th anniversary with a major exhibition, "2025 ACC Focus: Ryoji Ikeda," featuring the renowned audiovisual artist Ryoji Ikeda. Opening from July 10 to December 28, 2025, at ACC Creation Space in Gwangju, South Korea, the exhibition will present a collection of Ikeda's innovative works that merge data and aesthetics while inviting a deeper engagement with the nature of sound and visuals.

Ryoji Ikeda, born in 1966 in Gifu, Japan, is widely recognized for his groundbreaking contributions to electronic music and sound art. He currently resides in both Paris and Kyoto, focusing on his unique approach that treats data not just as information but as a medium for artistic expression.
