Having received his education at Carlow CBS and Sligo, he began his career at Lapple Ireland before emigrating to Canada in the 1990s. Known for his quick wit and big heart, Kehoe was cherished not only as a devoted husband to his wife Naomi but also as a loving father to their four daughters: Jade, Jaylene, Jordana, and Meadhbh.
His contributions to the local community were recognized during his funeral service, which took place at St. Joseph’s Church in Tinryland, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. His brother, Mick Kehoe, currently serves as the senior manager, while their late father, Paddy, once held the position of chairman, further highlighting the family's deep-rooted connection to local sports.
