In a remarkable display of endurance and skill, Diana Isakova claimed victory at the inaugural 2025 World Triathlon Cup in Saidia, Morocco, navigating the sweltering heat to finish with a time of 1:57:32. The event, held on June 29, 2025, marked the debut of the Saidia World Cup and featured 30 elite female triathletes competing in a standard distance race, which included a 1500-meter swim, a 40-kilometer bike ride, and a 10-kilometer run.

Competing under intense conditions, Isakova demonstrated her exceptional capabilities, particularly during the final running segment, where she recorded the fastest split of the day. Danielle Orie from the United States earned her first World Cup podium with a silver medal, finishing at 1:57:44, while Italy's Ilaria Zane secured bronze at 1:57:58.

The race commenced with a beach start, the athletes plunging into the Mediterranean for the swim leg.
