Le Mans Ultimate Set for Full Release on July 22, 2025

Motorsport Games Inc. (NASDAQ: MSGM) has announced that its highly anticipated racing simulation game, Le Mans Ultimate, will officially launch its full version on July 22, 2025. This release marks the end of the game’s Early Access phase, a period that began in February 2024, during which the developers gathered extensive player feedback to enhance the gaming experience. The announcement was made by Stephen Hood, CEO of Motorsport Games, during a press event held in Miami on June 13, 2025.

Le Mans Ultimate is designed to provide an authentic endurance racing experience, and the 1.0 version will introduce several new features and vehicles that have been eagerly awaited by the gaming community. Among the most notable additions are the Mercedes AMG LMGT3 Evo and the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR LMH, both of which will be available for free as part of the base game. The return of the Mercedes AMG LMGT3 Evo to Le Mans competition marks the first time the famed three-pointed star has participated since 1999.

Hood emphasized the importance of community input in the development process, stating, "This game has always been a labor of love for Studio 397, and the support we’ve received from our community has kept us focused and determined to deliver. The 1.0 release is not the end of development—it’s the start of something even bigger."

In addition to new vehicles, players will have access to all official team liveries from the 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) season, allowing for a fully immersive racing experience. Since the Early Access launch, the game has undergone significant evolution, receiving five major updates that have introduced features such as RaceControl-powered online events, a co-operative mode, and enhanced driver management systems.

The announcement also included exciting news for future developments. Studio 397 is currently working on a single-player career mode, which is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2026. This mode will enable players to take on the role of a driver in a racing team and make performance-based decisions that influence their careers. Furthermore, the game will introduce the European Le Mans Series (ELMS), which will feature three new circuits—Silverstone, Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, and Paul Ricard—along with an introduction to the LMP3 category of race cars.

Motorsport Games aims to build a comprehensive virtual racing ecosystem, combining engaging video games with competitive esports. The company is the officially licensed developer for the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the FIA WEC, and its portfolio includes the industry-leading simulation platforms rFactor 2 and KartKraft. As the July release date approaches, Motorsport Games invites both new and returning players to experience the next chapter of virtual endurance racing. The company has also issued forward-looking statements regarding the launch and ongoing development of Le Mans Ultimate, highlighting potential risks and uncertainties that may impact their plans.
