Microsoft Enhances Windows Snipping Tool with GIF Recording Feature

The GIF export functionality is limited to recordings of 30 seconds or less; if a video exceeds this duration, only the first 30 seconds will be available for export. Once the screen is recorded, users can export their recording as a GIF by clicking the 'Export GIF' button and choosing between low or high quality, depending on their needs.
