Amble Folk Trio Expands Australian Tour with New Melbourne and Perth Dates

MELBOURNE, AU (June 23, 2025) – Following an overwhelming demand that led to the swift sell-out of their initial Perth and Melbourne shows, the acclaimed Irish folk trio Amble has announced the addition of a third date in Perth and a second performance in Melbourne as part of their highly anticipated Reverie Tour.

The trio, composed of lead vocalist Robbie Cunningham, guitarist and vocalist Oisin McCaffrey, and mandolinist Ross McNerney, will kick off their tour in Perth with a newly added show at the Astor Theatre on February 9, 2026. This performance will follow two other sold-out shows in Perth and Fremantle. They will then proceed to Brisbane’s Tivoli before heading to Sydney for two consecutive nights at the Enmore Theatre, where one show has already sold out. In Melbourne, the Forum will host both the original and the newly announced shows, with tickets for the latter going on sale on June 25, 2025, at 12 PM local time.

Amble's debut album, Reverie, released by Warner Records, has achieved remarkable success, soaring to No.1 on the Official Irish Albums Chart and becoming the highest-selling album of 2025 in its first week. The album is characterized by its intimate storytelling, authentic acoustic instrumentation, and the trio's signature harmonies, which have resonated deeply with audiences. “We’re unapologetically ourselves,” expressed lead singer Robbie Cunningham. “The sound is refreshing. When you listen to it, we’d love for you to hear a level of originality.”

Oisin McCaffrey added, “Hopefully, it feels timeless. Our ambition was to make an album that would be great 100 years from now or 100 years ago.” The recording sessions for Reverie took place across various studios in Ireland and a session in Los Angeles, capturing the essence of the band’s journey from their humble beginnings to international recognition.

Since their formation in 2022, Amble has garnered over 100 million streams and sold out numerous shows globally. Their story began with a chance encounter between Cunningham and McCaffrey, who, impressed by each other’s musical talents, decided to collaborate. This synergy rapidly evolved into what would become Amble, culminating in their current tour.

The Reverie Tour will include not only their own headline shows but also significant performances alongside fellow Irish artist Hozier, marking a major milestone in the band's career. As they prepare for extensive touring, Amble continues to emphasize their roots and the organic nature of their rise to fame. “We’re just a group of regular guys from the West of Ireland. We aren’t superstars. We had normal jobs, and this happened organically,” stated McCaffrey. “It’s a big part of our story. We realize how lucky we are, and we’re very appreciative of the opportunity. So, we made a genuine album we’re proud of. We can’t wait to share it.”

For ticketing information, fans are encouraged to visit Live Nation’s official website, and those interested in presale options should check Amble's official fan club and Mastercard presale details. As the band embarks on this new chapter, their commitment to authenticity and storytelling remains at the forefront of their music, promising fans an unforgettable experience on the Reverie Tour.
