Club Car Renews Supplier Agreements with DP World Tour and Ryder Cup

In a significant development for the world of professional golf, Club Car, a leading manufacturer of small-wheel, zero-emissions vehicles, has announced the extension of its Official Supplier agreements with the DP World Tour and Ryder Cup through the end of the 2027 season. This announcement, made on June 25, 2025, underscores the long-standing collaboration that began in 1999, highlighting Club Car's vital role in the operational logistics of DP World Tour tournaments and the prestigious Ryder Cup.

The renewal of these agreements will see Club Car's vehicles continue to support various facets of tournament operations, including rules enforcement and television production. According to Marco Natale, Vice President EMEA for Club Car, "Our partnership with the Ryder Cup and the DP World Tour has been a cornerstone of our commitment to the game of golf for over 25 years. This enduring relationship reflects a shared passion for excellence and innovation, and we are proud to have played a part in the phenomenal growth of both competitions."

The Ryder Cup, one of the most celebrated team events in golf, will benefit from Club Car's extensive fleet of team cars, support vehicles, and staging fleets, which have been supplied for the last 16 editions of the event. Following the company's elevation to Worldwide Supplier for the 2023 match in Rome, Club Car will maintain this designation for the upcoming 2025 match at Bethpage Black Course in New York and the 2027 match at Adare Manor in Ireland.

Max Hamilton, Executive Commercial Director of the European Tour Group, praised Club Car's contribution, stating, "Club Car has been a trusted partner for over two decades, and their products are vital to the smooth operation of our tournaments. Their global distribution network and excellent local support service make them the ideal partner for a global Tour that visits new countries each week and one of the biggest and most complex single events in sport in the Ryder Cup. We look forward to continuing our successful partnership."

Currently, the DP World Tour’s Club Car tournament fleet is actively supporting the European Swing, a series of six events across the continent over an eight-week period. A combination of Tempo golf carts and Carryall utility vehicles will be crucial in setting up and delivering these events, transported between venues on double-decker lorries.

This partnership not only solidifies Club Car's position as a leader in the golf industry but also reflects the increasing importance of sustainable practices in sports logistics as tournaments strive for environmental responsibility. As the 2025 Ryder Cup approaches, the collaboration between Club Car and these prestigious golfing events is expected to enhance the spectator experience and operational efficiency, paving the way for future innovations in sports logistics.
