PARIS — To commemorate the upcoming 2025 Tour de France, a 100-square-meter pop-up store has opened on June 19 at Place Charles de Gaulle, directly facing the iconic Arc de Triomphe. This temporary retail space, which will remain open until July 30, aims to provide an immersive experience for cycling enthusiasts and fans of the legendary race by offering a diverse selection of nearly 200 items, including jerseys, team kits, lifestyle products, and exclusive co-branded merchandise.

This initiative is part of a broader licensing agreement that grants SPOREO exclusive management of all official Tour de France retail outlets. According to a statement from ASO, the organizer of the Tour de France, the pop-up store is expected to enhance the fan experience and engagement with the event. From its inception in 1903, the Tour de France has grown into one of the most prestigious cycling races globally, drawing millions of spectators both on-site and through broadcast.

The 2025 edition marks a significant milestone as it coincides with the 50th anniversary of the first finish on the Champs-Élysées. To celebrate this occasion, the Monnaie de Paris has partnered with the Tour to release a collection of seven mini-medals and commemorative coins. These limited-edition items symbolize the race's rich history and the cultural significance it holds for both France and cycling enthusiasts worldwide.

This year, the Tour de France has also re-established its collaboration with Brompton, promoting urban cycling through the introduction of two new limited-edition folding bikes in the official Tour colors: 'Leaders Yellow' and 'Sprinters Light Green.' Each bike is meticulously crafted in Brompton's London factory and integrates elements of the Tour's history, from logos to stage photographs that adorn the frame.

Additionally, iFIT has launched the first official NordicTrack Tour de France indoor bike, designed for those who wish to simulate the race atmosphere from the comfort of their homes. This innovative bike offers immersive training sessions via the iFIT platform, providing users with a unique and personalized cycling experience.

In line with the Tour's emphasis on cultural outreach, various publishing projects have been initiated. These include activity books for children, a culinary magazine that highlights regional specialties along the race route, and a historical retrospective on the Tour published by Solar. Panini has also returned with its official sticker collection, celebrating the riders and stages of the 112th edition.

The official store will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., except for July 11 to 16, when it will be closed. This pop-up store represents a significant effort to engage the public and enhance the overall experience surrounding the Tour de France, which remains a pivotal event in the cycling calendar and a celebration of French culture and heritage.
