World of Warcraft Unveils Summer Sales and Mists of Pandaria Classic

Blizzard Entertainment announced a series of exciting updates for its iconic MMORPG, World of Warcraft, including significant summer sales and the highly anticipated launch of Mists of Pandaria Classic. The summer sale, which offers discounts of up to 50% on various in-game items and services, is set to end on June 30, 2025. The sales include 50% off on The War Within expansion, select mounts, pets, toys, and transmogs, as well as 30% off certain game services.
Additionally, World of Warcraft will participate in gamescom 2025, taking place in Cologne, Germany, from August 20 to August 24. The event promises a plethora of activities including a Mythic Dungeon and Arena Showcase, community meetups, and developer Q&A sessions, where fans can expect exclusive news about the next chapter of the World of Warcraft: Worldsoul Saga—Midnight.
On July 1, Blizzard will reintroduce the Greedy Emissary event, where players can earn Hellstone Shards while battling against greedy Treasure Goblins. This event runs from July 1 to July 29 and takes place in several iconic locations, including Stormwind and Orgrimmar.
The long-awaited Mists of Pandaria Classic is set to launch on July 21, 2025, at 3:00 PM PDT. This expansion invites players to explore the rich lore and landscapes of Pandaria, which have remained largely untouched since the game's initial release. The pre-patch for Mists of Pandaria Classic will be available starting July 1, allowing players to prepare for the upcoming adventure.
With the new expansion, players will have the opportunity to play as Pandaren and choose the Monk class, each with unique skills and abilities. The expansion will also introduce updated talent systems for all classes, enhancing the gameplay experience.
As part of the Mists of Pandaria launch, players can participate in the Mogu'shan Vaults raid, which opens on July 31, allowing them to delve into the mysterious realm of the mogu empire. This raid is designed for players at level 90 and will feature both Normal and Heroic difficulties.

The limited-time event, Forsaken Memories Lane, will run throughout July, featuring exclusive Forsaken-themed rewards, including mounts and cosmetic items.
