Kaseya's New CEO Rania Succar Unveils Innovations at DattoCon Europe

Dublin, Ireland – June 18, 2025 – Kaseya, a leading global provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, commenced its annual DattoCon Europe conference today, featuring over 1,500 attendees from the IT service provider community. This year marks a significant milestone as Rania Succar takes the stage for the first time as Kaseya's new Chief Executive Officer, following her previous roles at Intuit, Google, and McKinsey. Succar emphasized the company’s commitment to innovation, stating, "We are accelerating the pace of innovation at Kaseya, creating a culture where we are not just customer-focused, but customer-obsessed."

The event serves as a platform for Kaseya to highlight its latest advancements, including a substantial $100 million investment in the EMEA region that will facilitate the hiring of over 200 new developers. One of the focal points of the conference is the introduction of Kaseya 365 Ops, the latest addition to the Kaseya 365 platform, designed to optimize operations through practical AI. According to a report by the International Data Corporation (IDC), companies utilizing Kaseya 365 Ops can save an average of 160 hours per month, which is equivalent to the productivity of one additional technician.

Another significant announcement was the launch of Kaseya’s new Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform. This solution streamlines threat detection by integrating data from RocketCyber and SaaS Alerts, offering a cost-effective alternative to enterprise-grade security systems. "With Kaseya SIEM, organizations can enjoy unified and actionable threat detection that enhances their security posture without the hefty price tag," stated David Kenyon, Chief Technology Officer at Kaseya.

In a strategic move to enhance customer service, Kaseya announced that all models of Datto’s backup hardware will now be available free-to-use for its customers, irrespective of the model or term. This initiative aims to ensure a consistent service level while alleviating upfront hardware costs for Kaseya’s partners. Furthermore, the company introduced the Datto ALTO 5, a 2TB backup model offered at the same monthly cost as its predecessor, now featuring enhanced security through encryption.

The conference also unveiled the BCDR Fast Track Program, which offers new Datto BCDR partners complimentary hardware and significant discounts on services, enabling them to grow their businesses without incurring additional costs. Additionally, Kaseya is introducing an AI-Enhanced Executive Summary feature in vPenTest, which simplifies complex security reports into clear, actionable insights for business and security teams.

Expanding their infrastructure, Kaseya plans to establish a vPenTest EMEA Data Center, allowing partners to store and manage their data within the region, thus supporting compliance with GDPR regulations.

Rania Succar's leadership marks a new era for Kaseya as the company seeks to redefine its market position through innovative solutions and enhanced customer engagement. With her extensive background in technology and business strategy, Succar is poised to drive Kaseya's growth and solidify its role as a key player in the IT management and cybersecurity sectors.

As the conference progresses, industry leaders and experts will continue to engage with attendees, sharing insights and fostering collaboration to address the evolving challenges within the IT landscape. The implications of Kaseya's announcements and Succar's vision for the future will likely shape the direction of IT service provision and cybersecurity strategies in the EMEA region and beyond.
